RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Unlike most other special and social occasion retailers, we accept returns for store credit or exchange. Due to the nature of our products, no monetary refunds will be issued.

For details and exceptions, please see below.

• Merchandise can be returned for store credit, or may be exchanged as a one-time courtesy for an alternate size subject to availability.
• In order to process your return, for store credit or exchange, you must contact us within 5 days from the time your order is received. You MUST send an email to help@instylenewyork.com to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. A Customer Service Representative will respond within 1 business day.
• Returns sent back without RMA numbers will not be accepted, so please wait for a response.
• Items must be in the mail no more than 2 days after a RMA number is issued.
• All items being returned must arrive within 7 days from the time the RMA number is issued. Please write your RMA# on the outside of the package. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment via a pre-paid, traceable, and insured package (optional).
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original vendor tags attached. Snags, rips, missing embellishments, marks, odors, stretched or other damages that affect an item's saleable condition will be returned to the customer.
• International orders are not eligible for a return or exchange.
• All CLEARANCE and MARKDOWN ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Non-Returnable items also include: Bridal, Jewelry, Handbags, and Coats.
• All PRE-ORDER and SPECIAL ORDER items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: are not returnable or exchangeable
• We reserve the right to deny the return if we receive the item(s) at any point after 7 days, or if the item(s) is returned with any damages we were not made aware of prior to shipping.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Reshipping refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return ground shipping only. If you would like to cancel an undeliverable or refused package that has been returned to us, please note that there is a 15% Restocking Fee per item..

Items must be returned in new and unused condition. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, dry cleaned, and altered, and must have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item(s) being returned to you.

Any items marked CLEARANCE on our web site are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING

Orders placed with Instyle New York.com are shipped via DHL, UPS, FEDEX or USPS and require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (shipping address must match billing address, when the shipping address is not the same as billing address it must be verified with your issuing bank).

Orders placed before 2pm (EST) Monday to Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) Monday to Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is accepted by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped providing you with a tracking number. You may use that number to check the status of your order at the shipper website indicated in the email.

Shipping Charges

Military Base and APO. orders will be shipped by USPS, at a cost of $20 a item and will arrive to you between 3 to 8 business days from date of shipping.

UPS Standard Ground Shipping Time Map

Overnight Delivery In-stock items ordered before 1pm (EST) Monday to Friday will be shipped the date the order was placed (pending credit card verification.) In-stock items ordered after 1pm (EST) will be shipped the next business day. Overnight delivery is not available outside the continental United States.

Saturday Delivery Saturday delivery is available for in-stock items ordered after 4pm (EST) on Thursday and before 12pm (EST) on Friday for an additional shipping charge of $30.

International orders will take 3-8 business days to be delivered from the date the order has been shipped. (Russian Federation orders will take up to 3 weeks to be delivered from the date the order has shipped.)
Expedite international shipping is available.
All shipments require a signature. Please note that international Orders go through a manual credit card verification process which may cause a delay of 1 to 2 business days to your order. We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Your shipment can be subject to taxes, customs fees and duties.

Returns
Items purchased on instylenewyork.com are not subject to refund. instylenewyork.com accept returns for store credit or exchanges on case by case basis. All request for returns or exchange should be made within 2 days of receiving your order. Return requests will not be considered after 3 days of receiving your order. Request should be emailed to help@instylenewyork.com.

All items purchased from special sale clearance are final sale. No refunds.
